What does the 4× multiple mean?
Investor pays four times the operator’s entry price per unit. With 75/25 capital, this model assigns ordinary losses 3/7 to the investor and 4/7 to the operator until operator capital is exhausted. Further losses fall to the investor. Different entry prices alone do not establish Shariah approval.
Positive BTC profit is shared from the first sat: the operator keeps at least half. The other share is capped; after pool and platform deductions the investor receives the remainder. This is not the earlier 25% investor-return cap.

Illustrative prices. Actual sale age selects the 30/60/90-day fee tier. The full 90-day maximum is set aside upfront. No additional fee after 90 days; disposition begins by 180. Exchange rates here are scenario assumptions, not live quotes.

Maximum fee at the selected BTC price
Customer fee schedule · USD
Maximum collectible if BTC profit is sufficient. The original sat limit makes the maximum cheaper in dollars when BTC falls. The dollar ceiling rises only by gains beyond +25% from opening to sale.
Payments from wallet to wallet
Modeled transfers in sats. The advance holder keeps the advance in BTC until sale. Routing, conversion and network fees excluded.
Can both sides come out ahead?
Dealer compared with financing the same unit through the USD loan. Investor compared with keeping their opening sats. Differences are valued at each scenario’s closing rate. Both require a strictly positive difference. Each scenario keeps the buyer’s quoted price fixed and settles in BTC. Change the resale proceeds above to test a bad sale. These scenarios carry no probability weights.

Compare three sale dates
Same net sale, closing on each quoted day. All rows use the same assumed sale-date exchange rate.¹ Dealer ending balance with partnership minus balance after loan payoff. Positive favors the partnership. Review edition: V9 allocation math unchanged; full 90-day advance and actual sale-age tiers follow the pilot PRD. Rates and comparisons are assumptions, not offers. Pool receipts do not guarantee reimbursement. Review materials · Infographic
